Australia has implemented a policy of maintaining the best relations and ties with Pakistan. Australia and Pakistan are collaborating on education, livestock, agriculture, water resources, and other sectors. There are many commonalities between the Pakistani and Australian people, including cricket being at the top of the list. The Australian High Commissioner to Pakistan, Mr. Neil Hawkins, visited BUITEMS on May 04, 2023. During interaction with the faculty and students, he appreciated the efforts to provide quality education with state of the art facilities.
The delegation was welcomed by the Acting Vice Chancellor, Dr. Abdul Rehman Khan along with the senior management. They also visited CPEC Center, National Incubation Center (NIC), Quetta, and other University facilities. Dr. Abdul Rehman Khan briefed the Australian High Commissioner on the university's educational, research, and administrative affairs through a detailed presentation on BUITMES. The honorable guest was presented with a shield by the Acting Vice Chancellor.
