Instructions

1. The 18th convocation is scheduled to be held on December 29,2022.
2. Registration of the pass-out graduates for participation in the convocation is open.
3. Convocation registration form can be downloaded from Examinations page of University website.
4. Send/submit the hard copy of the filled in form along with the required documents.
5. Registration Fee of amounting Rs. 4500/- can be deposited in the HBL BUITEMS branch through bank challan.
6. Only those students who have completed all the prerequisites for the award of Degree program and their names are included in the Gazette duly notified by the Controller of Examinations can register themselves for the upcoming convocation.
7. For BS programs only the pass out students of batch 2018 (Spring / Fall) can register their name for the convocation ceremony.
8. For B Architecture students of batch Fall 2017 can register their name for the convocation ceremony.
9. The batches of MS & PhD programs that first gazette has been notified after the 17th convocation can register their names for the convocations.
10. Clearance certificate signed by finance department and Library is compulsory however completely signed clearance certificate shall also be considered for issuance of Degree.
11. If a thesis defence of MS Students is conducted after Dec 15, 2022, he/she will not be considered for convocation registration and any other award(Gold Medal/Badge of Honor).
