Admission Criteria

For Engineering program 50%
marks is the minimum requirement in the relevant intermediate group.
·
For non-Engineering programs
at least 45% marks are required in the relevant intermediate group.
·
Diploma holders are required
to have 60% marks for admission to the relevant engineering program.
Submission of Applications
·
All application forms will
be received in the admission office by the university or at the place prescribed
by the University.
·
Applications of candidates
who do not fulfill the minimum conditions of eligibility and incomplete forms
will not be entertained. Forms sent through Post/Registered Post will be
processed if accompanied with Processing Fee.
·
Acceptance of application
form does not guarantee admission. Admission will be granted on the basis of
merit subject to the availability of seats in the respective Program of Study.
·
List of candidates eligible
for test / interview will be notified.
·
List of candidates
recommended for admission will be displayed at designated places.
Documents to be included with the Application Forms
· Application processing fee of
Rs. 500/- (Non-Refundable) deposited in the form of a Pay Order / Bank Draft
payable to BUITEMS Quetta.
· Copy of the National Identity
Card (of the candidate or the parent / guardian).
· Attested copies of the
testimonials (SSC / matriculation, HSSC/, Bachelors, Master and O/A Levels etc.)
· Attested copies of the
detailed marks certificates.
· Equivalence certificate (s)
if applicable.
· Four recent photographs.
· Migration Certificate/NOC for
those who have passed intermediate Examination from Boards other than BISE,
Quetta on demand.
· Graduates other than BUITEMS
will be required to submit Migration Certificates from University last attended.
· Acceptance of application
form does not guarantee admission. Admissions will be granted on the basis of
merit subject to the availability of the number of seats in the respective
Program of Study.
Organizing the Admission Test
Students and academic wing prepare admission lists for those students who have
fulfilled the eligibility criteria , and the Merit lists and personal files of
these students.
Notification to the Successful Candidates
List of selected candidates will be displayed at designated places including the
University website: www.buitms.edu.pk as
well as their names may be published through newspapers.
The admission process will be completed after receipt of admission fee and the
names of finally admitted candidates will be notified. If a student is unable to
deposit fee, the admission offer will stand cancelled automatically and the next
prospective student in the recommended list will be granted admission.
